郑月明 \ ZHENGYUEMING
Chairman and CEO, Chief Executive of the Levima Advanced Materials' Executive Committee
Mr. Zheng Yueming was born in April 1967 and is the leader of advanced materials sector of Legend Holdings. In May 2010, he joined Legend Holdings, established Levima Group as well as its core team, formulated and implemented Levima’s Medium-term Management Strategy.
After joining Legend Holdings, he was successively appointed as Investment Director of Strategic Investment Department and General Manager of Chemical Engineering Business Department, Assistant President of Legend Holdings and is currently Chairman of Levima Group, Chairman & CEO of Levima Advanced Materials.
Prior to joining Legend Holdings, Mr. Zheng used to work as a senior manager and head of production for many large-scale oil refining and chemical enterprises in production, technology, operations, and strategy.
With a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mr. Zheng graduated from East China University of Science and Technology. He is also an NPC (National People's Congress) member of the 12th session of Shandong Province and deputy to the 13th NPC. Besides, he has been voted as one of the Top 10 “2016 Influential Characters in China”, nominated as Vice-chairman of New Materials Industry Allianceof China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, Vice-chairman of Surfactants, Ethylene Oxide Derivatives, Fine Chemicals Committee of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and Executive Member of the China Laundry Association.
陈德烨 \ CHENDEYE
Senior Vice-President in Charge of Operation Management, Member of the Executive Committee
Mr. Chen Deye was born in August 1968 and joined Legend Holdings in June 2011. He was successively appointed as Senior Operation Manager of Chemical Engineering Business Department, Assistant President and Vice President of Levima Group, General Manager of Shandong Shenda Chemicals Co., Ltd., and CEO of Levima Advanced Materials Co., Ltd,and Senior Vice-President of Levima Advanced Materials.Before joining Legend Holdings, he used to work as Director and Assistant Production Manager of Pyrolysis Workshop of Chemical Plant One of Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and Deputy Director of Production Management Department of Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. He used to be awarded “National May 1st Labor Medal” and “National Model Worker”.
Mr. Chen graduated from China University of Petroleum as a master of chemical technology.
李方 \ LIFANG
Senior Vice-President in Charge of Technology and R&D, Member of the Executive Committee
Mr. Li Fang was born in September 1967 and joined Legend Holdings in June 2011. He was successively appointed as Director of Chemical Engineering Business Department, Assistant President and Vice President of Levima Group, Dean of Levima Advanced Materials Research Institute, Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.and Senior Vice-President of Levima Advanced Materials .Before joining Legend Holdings, he used to work as a lecturer of the Department of Chemistry of Shandong University, Post-doctoral Researcher of the Department of Chemistry of Clarkson University, Post-doctoral Researcher of the Department of Chemistry of City University of New York, Development Researcher of Rhodia R&D (U.S.), chief scientist of Clorox R&D, and R&D Director of the Dow Chemical Asia-Pacific Branch.
Mr. Li graduated from the CAS as a doctor of physical chemistry.
蔡文权 \ CAIWENQUAN
Senior Vice-President in Charge of Financial Assets & HR, Member of the Executive Committee
Mr. Cai Wenquan was born in November 1976 and joined Legend Holdings in June 2006. He was successively appointed as Investment Manager of Strategic Investment Department of Legend Holdings, Senior Investment Manager of Chemical Engineering Business Department, President Assistant, Assistant President and Vice President of Levima Group, and Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials.Before joining Legend Holdings, he worked in a Central Enterprise for enterprises management.
Mr. Cai graduated from Tsinghua University as a master of business administration.

Mr. Zhao Haili was born in August 1970 and joined Legend Holdings in August 2011. He was successively appointed as Operation Manager of Chemical Engineering Business Department of Legend Holdings, Deputy General Manager of Shenda Chemical Engineering and Haoda Chemical of Levima Group, General Manager and Assistant President of Operation and Management Department of Levima Group, General Manager of Operation and Management Department of Levima Group, and Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.Before joining Legend Holdings, he used to work as Director of Equipment Engineering Department of Pyrolysis Workshop of Chemical Plant One of Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., deputy director of mechanical operation department of Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and etc.
Mr. Zhao graduated from Dalian University of Technology as a master of mechanical engineering.
